The Berry Man avocado puree is made from Australian fruit. The avocado is reduced to a fine puree, then a small quantity of citric acid and ascorbic acid (1 part per million) is added and the product is heated, both to retard discolouration.  Avocado puree is available in 1 kg tubs.

 

There are no additives such as artificial colourings, preservatives or sweeteners in this puree.  There is NO water added.  Berry Man purees are essentially pure fruit.
