Banana Puree 1kg tub
The Berry Man banana puree is made from Australian fruit. The banana is reduced to a fine puree, then a small quantity of citric acid and ascorbic acid (1 part per million) is added and the product is heated, both to retard discolouration. Banana puree is available in 1 kg tubs.
There are no additives such as artificial colourings, preservatives or sweeteners. There is NO water added. Berry Man purees are essentially pure fruit. Price: $5.00
