New Zealand apples are washed, inspected, peeled, cored, and diced. After blanching they are hot filled into 3kg bags and ready to go. These apples are high in Vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, antioxidants and fibre, they smell of freshly cooked apples and are perfect for pies and sauces!
