Our Frozen Mango is sourced from Queensland and is predominantly Kensington Pride, considered the best variety because of its soft golden flesh with sweet flavour and strong mango aromatics.

The process is simply to remove the skin - the fleshy cheeks are sliced off the seed, then frozen. Australian mangos are high in antioxidants, and are a rich source of fibre and are packed with Vitamins A and C.

Pineapples from Costa Rica are skinned, cored, then cut into chunks that are about 10mm at narrowest and 25mm at the widest point. They are very sweet and are a golden yellow colour and typical pineapple appearance and texture. These chunks are perfect as sweeteners for smoothies and juices, sorbets, or even as pizza toppers.

The Berry Man rhubarb comes from Otaki, on the North Island in New Zealand. Grown and hand picked by the Jones family, it is a variety called Burts, known for its red colour and sweetness. The rhubarb is hand picked, washed, cut and frozen in the one location, all on the same day, locking in all its nutrition, sweetness and freshness.

Our Brown Turkey figs are grown on the NSW Central Coast by a farmer named Peter Riedl. Peter hand picks his ripest fruit which we then wash, dry and freeze within 24 hours of picking.
