Our avocado puree is either haas, reed or soweto depending on season. The avocados are pureed with the addition of some acid to maintain its colour, then heat treated and packed into 1kg tubs. Perfect for guacamole and sandwich spreads.

Fresh Australian bananas are peeled, heat treated and pureed then quick frozen into 1kg tubs.

The heat treatment and a small amount of citric and ascorbic acid deactivates the enzymes which normally turns bananas brown, which means you get a quality, consistent product all year round.

Sound mature guavas are washed, trimmed then run through a disintegrator, and then through a brush finisher to remove the seeds.

Our guava puree has a tropical flavour, creamy velvety texture and is a fantastic base for ice cream and desserts, delicious smoothies and cocktails, and savory sauces.

Our lemon juice is made by the Lentini family from 100% Australian grown 'Eureka' lemons. We have worked with the Lentinis for over 5 years and their juices are specially formulated for The Berry Man to be free from sugar and preservatives. They are not made from concentrate which means you are getting 100% juiced lemons as fresh and pure as if you had juiced them yourself. Perfect for salad dressings, sorbets and home style lemonades, it is also used in cocktails. Our lemon juice will save time and solve a waste problem.

We have worked with the Lentinis for over 5 years and their juices are specially formulated for The Berry Man to be free from sugar and preservatives. They are not made from concentrate which means you are getting 100% juiced limes, as fresh and pure as if you had juiced them yourself. Perfect for preserves, dressings, and spicy food recipes, and as a cocktail base this lime juice is a bartender's best friend!

The Berry Man mango puree is made from Queensland Kensington Pride mangoes, considered the best variety because of its intense mango flavour. Ripe mangoes are washed, peeled, then pureed to a consistent, even texture. Mango puree is a superb base for ice creams, sorbets and smoothies.

We are one of the only suppliers of unpasteurised mango puree in Australia which means this raw product is suitable for cold pressed juicing operations.

Our mixed berry puree contains equal amounts of blackberry, blueberry and raspberries. The sound ripe fruit is mixed with a small amount of mineral water for texture, packed and frozen.

Pulp is extracted from ripe passionfruit, then the seeds and some pulp are removed leaving pure passionfruit juice. This product is perfect for dishes that need a full passionfruit flavour without the appearance or texture of the seeds.

Ripe Ecuadorian passionfruit are washed then passed through a system which halves then scoops out the flesh, leaving a finished product that is completely free of skins and stalks. The pulp has a beautiful tart-sweet flavour and sweet aroma, and is perfect for yogurts, desserts and fruit salads.

Our raspberry puree is comprised of 75% Australian Cardinal raspberries and 25% Chilean Heritage raspberries that are pureed with the seeds removed. This makes it an ideal product for creations that need a full raspberry flavour without the texture of chopped seeds, such as smoothies, cocktails and dessert toppings!
