Our Lime juice is made by the Lentini family from 100% Australian grown Tahitian limes. We have worked with the Lentinis for over 5 years and their juices are specially formulated for The Berry Man to be free from sugar and preservatives. They are not made from concentrate which means you are getting 100% juiced limes, as fresh and pure as if you had juiced them yourself. Perfect for preserves, dressings, and spicy food recipes, and as a cocktail base this lime juice is a bartender's best friend!
