Avocado halves are peeled, cut, acidified and frozen in freezing tunnel. They are packed in vacuum bags and stored for up to 24 months.
These halves are an exact substitute for fresh avocado – the flavour and texture is just like fresh which makes it perfect for perfect for guacamole, sandwich spreads, salads, pizza toppings, smashed avocado.
Works out at ~$2 per avocado.
